Scientist Leena Hilakivi-Clarke, PhD, Receives Grant to Study Possible Health Benefits of Organic, Pasture-Raised Beef

The more than $250,000 grant will support a study analyzing the potential health benefits of pasture-raised, organic beef, and 40 individuals are being recruited for the study.
